A limited release of 157 bottles, this is a heavily charred American oak Ex “Heaven Hill” Bourbon Cask, filled with unpeated new make spirit and aged for 6 years.
Colour: Pea Straw
Nose: Buttery Shortbread, Honey, rose petals, hints of papaya.
Palate: Barley sugar and lashes of almond nougat fade to well-toasted panettone, balanced off by soft charred butterscotch.
Finish: Bright and oily, with a lingering finish of sweet vanilla and smoke.
Barrel: American oak Bourbon cask
